Thispositionisresponsible forprovidingproject coordination andexecutiveadministrativesupport tothe Vice President of Sales &CCO,as well asothercommercialleadershipwithin the commercial department.

This role is based in the Charlotte headquarters office.

YOUWILLBERESPONSIBLEFOR
  • Providing administrative supportto theVP of Sales &CCO andotherleaderswithinthe commercial department.
  • Managingcalendarandeventcoordination fortheentirecommercialdepartment,including the contract salesorganizationpartnership.
  • Coordinatingandplanningforcongress,marketingprogramsandagencysupportrequiredfor conferences and association attendance.
  • Organizingquarterlysalesmeetings whichincludetravel for on-site management of arranging venues, and meeting content.
  • Supporting the marketing team by co-creating and communicating field direction for promotional materials.
  • Working closely with marketing for allocation and distribution of marketing materials to the sales team.
  • Handlingeventplanninglogistics,catering,agendas,and travelarrangementsformeetings.
  • Discreetlyhandlingconfidentialbusinessandemployees’issues,working closely with

    Human

    Resources.
  • Skilledinbusinessmanagementsupportincludingbudgettemplates,invoicing,andPR/PO generation.
  • Respondingtoemailandother correspondencetofacilitatecommunicationandenhancebusinessprocesses.
  • Interactingwithsupportinginternaldepartments,aswellasexternalvendorstodirect activities and communicate effectively for seamless integration and partnership.
  • Supportingandactingsasacommunicationpartnerforallcontractsalespartnershipsrelativeto commercial operations.
  • Interactingandactingsasaliaisontootheradministrativeexecutivesacrosstheorganization.
ABOUTYOU

  • Anabilitytoworkinafast-paced,leanenvironmentwiththeabilitytopivotwith agility based on demanding business needs.
  • Minimum offiveyears ofC-Level/VP Administrative

    Support and Office Management Experience.

    Experience asan Administrative/Business Coordinatora plus.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word,Outlook,Power Pointand Excel )
  • Knowledgeofvideoconferencingtools
  • Abilityto workinasmall,entrepreneurialenvironmentwith limited supervision
  • Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
  • Technological acumen—knowledgeandabilitytolearnnewtechnology
  • Strong Attentiontodetail, accuracy, responsibility and ability tomulti-task
