Replay Surfacing is a rapidly growing company specializing in sustainable rubber surfacing solutions for playgrounds, sport courts, and public spaces across the country. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Administrative Assistant to support our leadership and back-office operations.
This is a true “catch‑all” support role that works closely with ownership and finance, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who wants broad exposure to how a growing company operates.
Position OverviewThe General Administrative Assistant will provide day‑to‑day administrative, organizational, and operational support to Replay Surfacing’s Owner, leadership team, and bookkeeping/finance functions. This role touches many areas of the business and will evolve over time, offering the opportunity to specialize as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative & Office Support
- General office organization and paperwork management
- Ordering, picking up, and managing office supplies
- Preparing and organizing internal documents and files
- Assisting leadership with miscellaneous administrative tasks
- Assisting with marketing duties as needed
- Bookkeeping & Finance Support
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
- Helping prepare and organize financial documents for review
- Supporting the bookkeeper/financial auditor with requested items
- HR & People Operations Support
- Assisting with HR‑related paperwork and employee documentation
- Helping organize onboarding materials and internal records
- Supporting compliance and personnel file organization
- Shipping & Logistics
- Preparing and sending packages via Fed Ex and other carriers
- Tracking shipments and maintaining shipping records
- General Support
- Acting as a flexible support resource for the Owner, leadership team, and finance
- Taking on new responsibilities as needed as the company grows
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Self‑motivated and dependable
- Strong communication and follow‑up skills
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Previous administrative, office, or operations experience
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting support (not required, but a plus)
- Proficiency with common office tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
