Location:
Charlotte, NC 28209
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8AM - 5PM
Employment Type:

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and distribute monthly financial statements and post transactions to cash, homeowner, and ledger accounts
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies requiring detailed research
• Enter client data with high accuracy, scan checks for deposit, and maintain electronic filing of documents
• Read and interpret legal documents and closing statements when needed to support accounting tasks
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required and three to five years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles including debits and credits and familiarity with balance sheet and income statement items
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and ability to switch tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning accounting software
