Senior Accountant to $100k + 10% bonus; hybrid
Successful real estate company based in Charlotte is growing and adding a key member to their accounting and finance team.
Responsibilities- Responsible for accounting for development projects as well as corporate accounting
- Work with partners and investors to deliver reporting and analysis
- Assist with the audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
- Work to improve processes within the accounting and finance function
- BS in Accounting
- 2+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Experience in construction or real estate accounting
