Interim Accounts Payable Supervisor

Overview

Steven Douglas is partnering with a client in the South Charlotte area in their search for an Interim Assistant Accounts Payable Manager
. This is a long term interim opportunity with potential to convert to permanent and will work in office on a hybrid basis (Monday-Friday in office).

• Manage and support a complex, high volume accounts payable operation
• Oversee the day to day Accounts Payable operations within Stampli
• Work within Net Suite to run reports, review aging and tie AP activity to the balance sheet
• Perform detailed invoice analysis and coding validation
• Identify areas of improvement, efficiency and scalability of the AP workflow

• Progressive Accounts Payable experience to the Supervisor or Assistant AP Manager level
• Construction, EPC, manufacturing, banking or project based environments
• OCR/AP Automation tool experience (Stampli, , etc.)
• Netsuite and/or Oracle experience
• Must be comfortable in high-volume, imperfect environments
