Job Details

We are currently seeking a 100% Remote highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic and high-growth team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of tax processes and filings for our clients. This is a permanent position that offers excellent growth opportunities and a chance to work with a diverse range of clients in the finance industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support for tax review work.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, aligning practices accordingly.
  • Foster client relationships, offering proactive tax advice and optimizing their tax position.
  • Collaborate with other departments and contribute to special projects.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA and advanced degree preferred.
  • Years of public accounting experience with tax compliance and review focus.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and accounting principles.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff members.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in tax software and technology tools.
