WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Oversee and manage the full accounting cycle for multiple sites, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, focusing on reducing close time and improving efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, filling staffing gaps and ensuring the team functions cohesively and effectively.
• Partner with senior leadership to offer strategic financial insights, inform decision-making, and drive business growth.

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or related field
• Professional certification, such as CPA (certified public accountant)
• 7–10 years of experience of professional accounting experience, with expertise in multisite operations and services-based businesses.
• Extensive experience with Net Suite, including system optimization and utilizing its full financial suite to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Proven ability to reduce close time and implement process improvements in accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership experience, capable of managing and developing accounting teams while addressing resource gaps.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, internal controls, and compliance, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.
