Senior Tax Accountant

A national Top 10 public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Senior to support complex C‑corporation tax compliance, tax advisory, and tax provision work. If you thrive in a collaborative, people‑first environment and enjoy tackling sophisticated tax issues, this role could be an excellent fit.

• Prepare and assist in reviewing federal & state C‑corporation tax returns.
• Conduct research on complex tax matters and draft clear, concise technical memos.
• Support and prepare corporate tax provisions
  , including related work papers.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Review staff work and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Assist with managing engagement workflow, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Tax, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive public accounting and/or corporate tax experience.
• Tax provision experience required.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the Charlotte office
• Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 base

• Master’s in Tax or related field.
