LHH is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our client in Charlotte, NC on a contract basis. This position will work onsite and have the opportunity for hybrid in the future.
Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of B2B accounts
- Calling on national accounts clients to collect past-due invoices
- Researching in customer portals to pull invoices and resolve past-dues
- Working off an aging report in Excel
- Additional duties as needed
- Experience working in a B2B Collections position
- Experience with national account collections is helpful
- Excel skills are required (vlookups)
- Experience working within customer portals is required
- $26 – $28/hour
- Monday – Friday
