Compensation: To $27/hr.

Job Overview – Part-time Staff Accountant – 34034
Our client is seeking a Part-Time Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations in a contract-to-hire role. This position is ideal for a self-motivated accounting professional who can work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 24 hours/week | Monday–Thursday

Schedule: Flexible between 7:00 AM and 4:00–4:30 PM (consistent weekly schedule required)

• Accounts Payable (primary focus) and Accounts Receivable support
• Review and approve expense reports in Concur
• Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger tasks
• Support inventory-related accounting activities
• Utilize Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, sorting, filtering)
• Willingness to self-learn and become proficient in SAP B1 using available resources
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Professional and can-do personality

Sherpa offers benefits to contract employees who meet the following criteria:

• Must be a full-time employee (30+ weekly hours/+130 hours per month) to be eligible
