RBC Utilities LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our shared services team. Supporting both RBC Utilities and CPG, this role will manage vendor invoicing, payment processing, compliance documentation, and coordination with field operations. Your accuracy and efficiency will help ensure strong vendor relationships and seamless financial operations as both companies grow under the Saga Infrastructure umbrella.
This is a critical, hands-on role with high visibility across departments—ideal for an AP professional who enjoys a collaborative and the fast-paced rhythm of construction.

- Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly
- Match invoices with purchase orders and secure proper approvals
- Coordinate vendor payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Handle lien waivers and other construction-related documentation
- Conditional and unconditional waivers as required
- Communicate with project teams regarding job-specific expenses
- Assist with monthly AP close processes and reconciliations
- Ensure all AP documentation is compliant, organized, and audit-ready
- 2-3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with lien waivers and vendor compliance is a plus
- Acumatica or similar ERP experience highly desired
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Associate degree preferred (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
