RBC Utilities LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support both RBC Utilities and CPG as part of our shared services team. In this fast-paced construction environment, you’ll be responsible for invoicing, collections, lien management, and customer account resolution. This is a hands‑on role with direct impact, offering the opportunity to collaborate with project teams, improve billing processes, and help shape scalable accounting systems as both companies continue to grow under the Saga Infrastructure umbrella.

- Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past‑due balances
- Apply payments, reconcile AR ledgers, and assist with month‑end close
- Work closely with project managers and field teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer billing inquiries
- Handle lien notices, lien waivers, and other construction‑related billing documentation
- Maintain well‑organized, accurate AR records across multiple entities
- 2-3 years of accounts receivable or billing experience
- Construction industry experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with lien waivers and construction billing processes is a plus
- Experience with Acumatica (or similar ERP) highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities across two growing businesses
- High school diploma or GED required

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Standard daytime office hours
Work LocationThis role is not remote; candidates must be able to work in person at our administrative offices.
