  • Assist with annual audits, tax preparation, and compliance filings by gathering documentation and preparing required schedules.
  • Prepare internal financial reports and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with senior members of the finance team on ad hoc projects as the firm continues to scale.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Accountant or Staff Accountant in public accounting or corporate accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
Why This Role
  • Mentorship from experienced leaders who invest in professional development.
  • Exposure to private equity, portfolio company activity, and investment reporting.
  • Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the firm grows.
