We are currently partnered with a leading full cycle real estate investment firm in Charlotte, NC. Seeking an experienced senior fund accountant to manage financial reporting and oversight for real estate investment funds. This role involves reviewing fund administrator work, ensuring compliance with legal agreements, supporting audits and tax reporting, and handling cash flow forecasting.
- Oversee fund accounting and capital activity
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Manage valuations and expense tracking
- Support audits, tax filings, and strategic forecasting
- Bachelor s in Finance/Accounting (CPA and Master s preferred)
- 3+ years in real estate fund accounting
- Proficient in Excel and Yardi
