Our client is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to join their Finance team. This role will support revenue recognition, month-end close activities, and accounting process improvements, with a strong focus on automation and accuracy. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities- Assist with technical accounting matters related to revenue.
- Drive process automation initiatives including the use of Power Query.
- Support revenue accounting and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Participate in accounting projects, research, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.
- Manage and execute month-end close activities related to revenue recognition.
- Strong experience with Power Query or similar automation tools.
- Hands-on experience supporting month-end close processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience in revenue accounting or related finance/accounting roles.
- Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems.
- Background in utilities, renewable energy, or large-scale operational environments.
- Experience supporting accounting projects or technical accounting research.
