Trust & Estate Paralegal

Beacon Hill is actively seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Paralegal for a top law firm located in Charlotte, NC.

This position will require the following experience:

• Preparing and reviewing trust resolutions and annual accountings, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns.
• Interviewing clients, gathering facts, saving, and retrieving matter information.
• Preparing and reconciling detailed accounting records.
• Bookkeeping/accounting, editing, proofing, and researching are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
• Prior experience in estate administration required, including experience with the preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
