Accounting Analyst

Charlotte, NC (1-2 days on-site)

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our accounting team. This role involves comprehensive accounting functions including cash management, financial reconciliations, and reporting to support both internal operations and external client needs.

• Perform cash management activities including receipts and payments to vendors
• Complete accounting package reconciliations including bank reconciliations, cash logs, and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare and post daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries as required
• Process check deposits and maintain accurate deposit records
• Produce internal and external reporting for client deliverables
• Support month-end close processes and accounting package preparation
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with flexible approach to work assignments
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Commercial real estate accounting experience
• Experience with Oracle/JD Edwards ERP system
• Month-end close and accounting package experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience in client-facing accounting roles
