We’re a growing professional services & technology equipment company in Charlotte, NC, looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage full-cycle accounting, payroll, and financial reporting while working closely with leadership.

• Full-Cycle Accounting & Reporting – manage general ledger, reconciliations, financial statements, and month‑end close.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable – prepare invoices, process payments, manage vendor records, and ensure compliance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – support the VP of Finance with budgets, forecasting, and cash flow activities.
• Procurement & Purchase Orders – assist with purchase order processes and vendor coordination.

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or full-charge accounting experience (5+ preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Quick Books Online (QBO) and Excel.
• Solid knowledge of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with payroll (ADP preferred but not required).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communicator and team player.

• Prior experience in a small manufacturing, assembly, or technology business.
