The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, experience in a complex multi-entity environment, and a proactive approach to process improvement, ideally with a foundation in public accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements for multiple entities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP
- Assist with internal and external audits, including documentation and analysis
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, operations, and supply chain
- Analyze variances and trends across channels
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in system upgrades and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree a plus
- 3+ years of corporate accounting experience, ideally from public accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with SAP
