Accounting Manager

We are excited to meet you and glad you’re interested in the opportunity to join our team. As the Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee the company's accounting operations and supervise the accounting staff. Duties include the following:

• Manage daily financial operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, delegate tasks, and ensure the team meets deadlines and objectives
• Communicate with external stakeholders – attorneys, investors, lenders, and tax accountants
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• Perform wire transfers for property purchases, deal financing, and inter‑company cash management
• Other related tasks as assigned

A successful candidate will have experience exhibiting the following characteristics:

• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adjust to others’ preferences, ideas, and suggestions
• Proactive work ethic, self‑motivated, and desire to learn
• Strong attention to detail and planning
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and stay organized
• Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field
• 3‑5 years in progressive accounting roles with some management experience
• Experience with real estate, construction, and/or property management preferred
• In‑person at Primax’s office, Monday‑Friday
