We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with numbers, ensuring accuracy, and supporting financial operations. You will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end processes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  1–3 years of accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in a large ERP software system.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
