Our Finance Department is a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where bookkeeping and accounting are integral to everything we do. Beyond managing purchase orders and invoices, we play a critical role in driving business operations—from managing inventories and banking relationships to handling design fees, global shipments, and RFP data. Our work supports key business functions across production, sales, and client engagement.

We are seeking a bright, detail‑oriented Junior Accountant with a passion for numbers to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by helping us manage daily accounting tasks and ensuring that all financial records are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will provide financial support such as data entry related to customers, vendors and bookkeeping
  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Ensure receivables are collected promptly
  • Review vendor payables and statements
  • Preparing reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and ad hoc) timely and accurately
  • Ensure transactions are recorded timely and accurately
  • Other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business with 3+ years’ experience
  • Experience with Quick Books or Sage
  • Detail‑Oriented with excellent organization and record‑keeping skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent computer skills and comfortable with technology
