Accountant​/Bookkeeper

Compensation:
To $65K.Job Overview – Accountant – 33964

Local construction company is looking for an Accountant (Bookkeeper) to manage day to day accounting and some administrative tasks related to the overall business. The company is a multi-generational operation with stability and excellent local presence.

• Prepare and reconcile Accounts Payable weekly and monthly
• Cut Checks to vendors as needed
• Bill all customers in a timely manner weekly
• Prepare Accounts Receivable reporting including cash on hand weekly
• Reconcile bank statement monthly
• Prepare financial statement monthly to be sent to CPA for final review and adjustments
• Maintain excellent follow up and communication with all customers
• Must maintain all financial records in Quick Books

• 5+ years of experience in small company as Accountant
• Must have Quick Books experience
• Must be able to balance and meet deadlines
• Must be able to prioritize task on hand as needed
