Emergent Hiring is currently working with a local professional services company in Charlotte in their search for a new Bookkeeper. Salary is based on experience.
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and conducting other finance-related tasks. They should be excellent at recording data and capable of producing clear financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of the company
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely processing of payroll
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented
