About the Position
Position Overview
We are seeking two (2) Board-Certified CRNAs for a locum opportunity in Charlotte, Michigan. This role provides sporadic PRN coverage in a surgical setting and requires an experienced provider comfortable working independently within a supervised model.
Local drive-in providers only — travel by flight will not be covered.

End Date: July 31, 2026
Coverage Type: Sporadic PRN (with potential for future dates)
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (8.5 hours)
Weekend Requirement: Yes
Supervision by anesthesiologist

Surgery setting
Level IV Trauma Center
Approximately 20 surgical cases per day (including endoscopy)
13,000 annual volume
2 Operating Rooms
1 Endoscopy Suite
Fully staffed OR team

Clinical Expectations
Must be experienced and comfortable working independently
Supervised anesthesia model
Epic training required prior to start (waiver possible with prior experience)
Orientation required prior to start
Requirements
Pre-Start & Compliance Requirements
Board Certified – Required
Active Michigan License (no IMLC or Compact) – Required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS – Required
COVID Vaccination – Required
Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days of presentation) – Required
Physical and 5-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (not reimbursable)
Orientation compensated at half the regular hourly rate
