Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; CRNA

• Schedule: Sporadic PRN coverage
• Job Setting: Surgery setting, Level 4 trauma
• Types of Cases: 20 surgical cases per day with endo; patient demographic:
  Peds to geriatric; 13,000 annual volume; 2 ORs, 1 endo suite
• Credentialing: Epic training required prior to start (waiver available if provider has years of experience);
  Orientation prior to start is required;
  Physical and 5 panel drug screen required within 30 days of start (not reimbursable);
  Self-Query NPDB required at time of presentation (should be pulled within the month); COVID Vaccine required

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Licensure: Active MI license (not accepting IMLC or Compact)
