Coverage Needed:
- Start Date:
04/01/2026 - End Date: 07/31/2026
- Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
- Weekend Requirements
- Sporadic PRN coverage with potential for future dates
Clinical Details:
- Surgery setting
- EMR:
Epic - Supervised by an anesthesiologist
- 20 surgical cases per day including endoscopy
- Level 4 trauma
- Patient demographic:
Pediatrics to geriatric - Annual volume: 13,000
- Fully staffed OR
- 2 ORs, 1 endoscopy suite
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Active Michigan license (not accepting IMLC or Compact)
- Will accept someone needing a license
- Self-Query NPDB (must be pulled within the month)
- COVID Vaccine required
- Must be experienced and comfortable working independently
