Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; CRNA

Hospital is looking for a CRNA to provider sporadic PRN coverage.

• Sporadic PRN coverage. Potential for future sporadic prn coverage dates.

• Surgery setting

• EMR:
  Epic

• Will be supervised by an anesthesiologist

• 20 surgical cases per day w/endo

• Level 4 trauma

• Patient demographic:
  Peds to geriatric

• 13000 annual volume

• Fully staffed OR staff

• 2 ORs, 1 endo suite

• Will accept someone needing a license

• Must be experienced and comfortable working independently

Prior to starting:

1. Provider must take an Epic training prior to start - can fill out waiver if they have years of experience.

2. Orientation prior to start is required

Within 30 days of start:

1. Provider must have a physical and 5 panel drug screen (not reimburse-able)

• Board Certified - REQUIRE

• BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRE

• Active MI license (not accepting IMLC or Compact) - REQUIRE

• Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) REQUIRED
  at time of presentation.

• COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED , note at time of name clear
