Production Supervisor - Charlotte Area

Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

• Supervise daily production operations to meet output and quality targets.
• Train, coach, and manage production staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions for deviations.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Manage raw material inventory and finished goods flow to support production schedules.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance for equipment repairs.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S).

• Experience with specific ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project management experience or certification
