Salary Range: $42,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on different materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols to determine proper welding procedures.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, or cutting as required.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during welding operations.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to project requirements.

• Proficiency in common welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• AWS D1.1 or equivalent welding certification.
• Experience working with various metal types and thicknesses in a manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.

• Experience with advanced fabrication or fitting techniques.
• Proficiency in welding specialized materials such as stainless steel or aluminum.
• Basic understanding of welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and inspection methods.
