Maintenance Technician

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing client at $22/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with supervisory experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, fabrication, and field service, with expertise in both high and low voltage systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment where your mechanical and electrical knowledge will shine.

• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and perform required repairs.
• Conduct field service maintenance on high‑voltage equipment.
• Perform fabrication work as needed for repairs or installations.
• Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices such as ohmmeters.
• Carry out routine maintenance on low‑voltage systems and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Provide leadership and supervision to maintenance personnel as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support departments.

Location: Charlestown, IN

• Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience within a technical or maintenance team.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills for both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Hands‑on experience with high and low voltage systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in English for clear and effective communication.
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical knowledge experience preferred.
