Master Plumber – Sign‑On Bonus

Salary: $70,000.00‑$

As a Master Plumber on our Louisville team, you will support our Installation teams to deliver five‑star shower installation and bath remodel experiences. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert for plumbing operations at the branch level
• Balance your schedule with 30% office and 70% field work
• Review upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits
• Schedule rough‑in inspections and facilitate pre‑installation and on‑site final inspections
• Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing‑related questions over the phone or via site visits
• Act as primary backup to the Installation Manager, supporting scheduling installations, completing pre‑install inspections, and ordering products as needed

• Active Kentucky Master Plumber License in good standing for the designated territory
• Passion for using plumbing expertise to develop the skills of others
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid smartphone or smart device for logging into company‑required systems using two‑factor authentication
