We are on the hunt for a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our vibrant team and propel the growth of our life insurance products. As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
- Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance products effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance: Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance available).
