We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team across multiple facilities. Required Skills:

• Current CRNA certification and board eligibility in West Virginia
• Valid state licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience
• Proficiency in managing anesthesia for a wide range of surgical procedures
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience working in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (preferably 2-3 weeks per month)
• Experience with diverse surgical specialties such as neuro, cardiac, orthopedic, and pediatric anesthesia

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Master s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with CRNA certification
• At least 2 years of professional anesthesia experience in similar hospital or outpatient settings

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work various shifts, including night shifts (19 00)
• Ability to complete credentialing within 60-90 days
• No call shifts; weekend work possible but not solely weekends
• No travel required; all-inclusive rate covers travel and overtime

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $205.14, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
