Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Elevate your anesthesia specialty in a dynamic, multi-facility healthcare environment. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthesia services across three hospitals located within minutes of each other.

This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse surgical settings, delivering patient-centered care to all age groups in inpatient and outpatient facilities.

Your expertise will ensure smooth perioperative experiences, supporting a variety of procedures including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, pediatric, neuro, and cardiac surgeries. Embrace a flexible schedule with work shifts that include day and evening hours, with no call requirements. You will have the opportunity to work 2-3 weeks per month, with shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, as well as 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, depending on the patient's needs and site schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Board Certification as a CRNA in West Virginia
  • Valid and current state license
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient care skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in multiple surgical specialties
  • Prior experience in ambulatory surgery settings
  • Ability to adapt to various EMR systems, preferably Cerner
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and adapt to changing schedules
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree or higher in Nursing Anesthesia
  • At least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency with diverse surgical procedures and patient populations
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work night shifts, including 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
  • Candidates must complete credentialing within 60-90 days
  • Ability to work comprehensive coverage, averaging 40 hours per week
