Mastermind is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Content Creator to write social media, website, and other thought leadership content for a fast-moving B2B technology solutions provider.

This person will be responsible for content planning, writing, optimization, and distribution for both our website and social media presences.

• Produce web content and thought leadership tailored to automotive dealer audiences.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing & Customer Communications to develop content supporting client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Manage an editorial calendar, driving organic traffic and converting visitors into leads.
• Execute the blog lifecycle: ideation, keyword research, outlining, writing, editing, and publishing.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis for automotive SaaS and AI tools.
• Support the social media communications strategy, ensuring brand voice consistency across platforms.
• Own the Linked In newsletter, Masterminded.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay current on digital communication trends and recommend innovations.
• Maintain best practices in messaging, grammar, writing, and style.

• 2+ years of experience writing content & social media with measurable business results.
• Strong background in SEO & GEO best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strategic thinker with experience executing content strategies.
• Comfortable using AI tools for content development.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized with strong planning and project management skills.

• Experience in automotive or SaaS technology, preferably dealership experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder influence.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and industry trends.
• Basic understanding of graphic design & video content creation tools.

Right to work requirements: Candidates must have indefinite right to work within the USA.

• Base salary: $53,084 – $109,089, based on location, experience, and qualifications.
