Overview

Wage - $77,000 annually
Schedule – Full Time, 8hr shifts, Monday – Friday
Location – Charleston Job Corps Center, Charleston, WV

• Help students build healthier futures by overseeing medical and wellness programs that empower students to succeed.
• Provide daily management and oversight of all health and wellness center activities and health and wellness staff including subcontracted providers.
• Oversee administrative requirements and assure compliance with the Department of Labor (DOL).

• Manage and conduct coordinated health care for students and implementation of other health related programs, including medical, oral health, mental health, and substance abuse services. Assure chronic care management of all students with chronic illnesses.
• Provide and monitor basic health care services, emergency care services, and case management of students.
• Monitor and approve transfers, separations, and referrals.
• Work productively with all levels of management to develop, implement, and monitor schedules for facility repair and general and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and submit required reports within the required timeframe.

• Active, unrestricted registered nurse license in the state of employment.
• Three (3) years related experience with one (1) or more years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with youth in a paid or unpaid capacity is preferred.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
