• Design, install, and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructure for multiple clients.
• Generate, install, and renew SSL certificates for Exchange, web servers, and critical applications.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Build and maintain Dell Storage systems (SAN/NAS), including firmware, networking, and provisioning.
• Configure and support VMware and/or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms.
• Perform Microsoft 365 (O365) setup, configuration, and migrations (on‑premises and tenant‑to‑tenant).
• Configure and manage Microsoft Azure and Entra , including hybrid integration and identity management.
• Deploy and secure devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex, multi‑site Microsoft ecosystems across our client base.

• Has worked for an IT Service Provider or MSP, handling diverse client environments daily.
• Deep experience with Microsoft infrastructure — Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, Entra, Intune, and 365.
• Hands‑on expertise with Dell Storage and virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Thrives on new installations, migrations, and complex technical challenges — not repetitive maintenance.
• Known for precision, discipline, and follow‑through — you don’t guess, you know.
• 5+ years of systems engineering experience in enterprise or MSP environments.
