• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of three years’ consulting experience
• Working knowledge of a component of modern EPM solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, One Stream, Tagetik)
• Proven ability to understand business challenges and translate into value-add solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in management reporting, long-range planning, strategic planning, capital planning, or implementation consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent oral and written communication
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 80%

• Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT (preferred)
• Strong ability to build and manage relationships
• Effective communication and trust-building with clients

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranges: $112,300 to $185,400 for most locations; higher ranges in NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento)
