PAYROLL MANAGER-WV PARKWAYS AUTHORITY-KANAWHA CO.
Place of duty:
Parkways Authority Charleston Headquarters or any other Parkways facilities as assigned.
- Primary focus is to perform, coordinate and disburse a biweekly payroll through the wvOASIS/Kronos systems.
- Assist all departments with payroll and timekeeping through the wvOASIS/Kronos systems.
- Annual and Sick leave accruals for all employees.
- Biweekly Payroll deductions for all employees.
- Maintain Employee Evaluations & Step Raises.
- Enroll & Maintain PEIA/Mt. Flexible Benefits.
- Maintain Christmas Club Accounts.
- Maintain Credit Union Accounts.
- Maintain employee evaluations.
- Upkeep of confidential personnel records.
- Quarterly Reports (941, unemployment, etc).
- Garnishments and Child Support payments.
- Maintain and present a good example.
HS Diploma/ GED required with three years of equivalent experience.
