Majestic Care is looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partner to cover our West Virginia and Eastern Kentucky region to join our teams’ mission and believe in our core values! Our Regional Talent Acquisition
Business Partner is responsible for development and implementation of a talent acquisition strategy to achieve the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of highly qualified and diverse talent. Develops, organizes, and executes business plans to achieve annual talent acquisition goals.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Build talent pipeline for current and future job opening.
  • Lead sourcing strategies.
  • Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and vendors.
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication).
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
  • Manage, train, and evaluate the team of recruiters/sourcers.
  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of the company.
  • Develop a network of potential future hires.
  • Measure key recruitment metrics: i.e., source of hire and time to hire.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice.
Required/Desired Qualifications
  • Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or similar role.
  • Prefer experience in SNF, LTC, or Senior Living recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Databases.
  • Good team-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
  • Associate degree in human resources or related field, BS preferred.

  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of complex tasks.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize appropriately.
  • Must be detail orientated and can multitask.

Special Requirements
  • Manual dexterity required to operate modern office equipment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for travel as required.
