A cook/catering attendant is responsible for the food served to guests. Attendants oversee the setup and takedown of the buffet, cook for guests, maintain the dining space, ensure food is available, and provide guest services. They help with seating, deliver food and drinks to guests, manage the buffet, and clean tables between guests. Must be willing to work catering events as needed.

• Keep work area clean
• Throw out all outdated product
• Make sure coffee is fresh and kept full for the duration of the shift
• Keep tables and chairs clean during breakfast and at closing
• Sweep floor of dining area at closing
• Sweep and mop serving area at closing
• Prepare and cook delicious and visually appealing meals
• Ensure all food safety standards are met
• Collaborate with the team to create menus
• Work catering events even when outside the normal hours

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
