Unit: 30 Bed Operating Room Unit for Pediatric patients ages Newborn to 17 years of age.

Years of experience REQ: 2 Years RN experience minimum

No First Timers Accepted

Weekend REQ:
There will be call

Certs REQ: BLS

Pediatric General OR;
General OR;
Circulate, Scrub
-Skills Preferred: IV Start
-Travel Experience Preferred

Call Requirements:
Yes - Self schedule will have some weeknights and weekends, rotating schedule

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: N

Open to accommodating block schedule:
Cannot guarantee block scheduling

Locals accepted:
No – 75 mile radius from facility

Pending License accepted: can submit with pending license - must have active to start

Special Requirements :
To have worked within a pediatric setting, as well as women's specialty, would love to have someone with robotic experience.

Submission Requirements:

-Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm

-Flu Shot:
Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.

-Covid Vaccine NOT required

-ONE PDF MUST CONTAIN:
Candidate profile (work history), Specialty specific skills checklist, Min. 2 Mgr/Charge References (within past 2yrs.), License/Certification verification (pulled within 2 days of sub date – clean lic. required – hits submitted for case-by-case basis approval), Driver's License, SSN.
