A respected regional hospital is seeking an experienced RN leader to drive Quality, Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact position focused on elevating outcomes and strengthening organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Quality/Performance Improvement, Risk Management & Medical Staff Office
- Serve as Patient Safety Officer + Ethics & Compliance Officer
- Oversee regulatory readiness, CMS/TJC Core Measures & accreditation
- Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and safety culture

Qualifications- RN license + BSN
- BLS required
- 5+ years acute care RN experience preferred
- Leadership or risk management experience preferred
