A respected regional hospital is seeking an experienced RN leader to drive Quality, Risk Management, Patient Safety, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact position focused on elevating outcomes and strengthening organizational excellence.

• Lead Quality/Performance Improvement, Risk Management & Medical Staff Office
• Serve as Patient Safety Officer + Ethics & Compliance Officer
• Oversee regulatory readiness, CMS/TJC Core Measures & accreditation
• Partner with leadership to improve patient outcomes and safety culture

• RN license + BSN
• BLS required
• 5+ years acute care RN experience preferred
• Leadership or risk management experience preferred
• CPHRM & CPPS (or willingness to obtain within 2 years)
