This is a 13-week contract position.

Nights: 3x12 (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), weekdays, some weekends, float. Facility may consider alternative scheduling.

The Respiratory Therapist will provide critical care respiratory therapy for adult and pediatric patients within a Level IV Trauma Center. This role includes floating between units and providing support in emergency and general care situations.

• Administer respiratory therapies as directed for patients in critical care and general care settings.
• Conduct assessments, including interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) and patient evaluations.
• Support emergency situations through intubation assistance and provision of ventilatory support.
• Manage tracheostomy care and respiratory interventions for both adults and pediatrics.
• Prepare and maintain records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Active certification as RRT or CRT.
• Current certifications required: ACLS, PALS, and BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
