Honor Resources Company is seeking an experienced mid-level Lease Analyst to support a client in their Charleston, WV office
.
This role involves reviewing oil & gas leases and related land documents and supporting ongoing land and lease administration activities.
Responsibilities- Review and analysis of O&G leases and associated documents
- Knowledge of lease terms, recording requirements, and royalty provisions
- Understanding of lease payments and unitization
- Data entry and management of leases, ROWs, amendments, curative documents, and other land agreements
- Prior experience as a Lease Analyst or similar land role
- Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and database systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
