Financial Controller - Data Centers

Role Overview

The Controller will serve as the financial backbone of the organization, overseeing accounting, reporting, project financials, compliance, and internal controls for a portfolio of large‑scale data center developments. This is a high‑visibility position that collaborates closely with executive leadership, development, construction, and operations teams.

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month‑end close.
• Develop and optimize financial reporting processes to support growth and transparency across multiple projects and business units.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management, with a strong focus on construction and development expenditures.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage external audits, tax filings, and banking relationships.
• Implement internal controls and financial systems to support organizational scalability.
• Partner with development and construction managers to track project costs, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to guide investment decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
