• Lead Power Generation consulting services for data center and mission‑critical projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Power Generation, Power Delivery, Data Centers, Due Diligence, Industrial Services) and client stakeholders.
• Oversee the coordination, quality, and timely completion of Power Generation projects or programs in support of data centers.
• Build and manage multi‑disciplinary teams of direct and indirect reports.
• Support client relationships, marketing, project execution, and collaboration meetings.
• Present at industry and client events to support HDR brand awareness.

• Master’s degree in business or engineering.
• Expertise in power markets and nexus between power and technology with rapid deployment requirements.
• Experience supporting large demand customers such as data centers.
• Knowledge of electric power systems, energy contracts, project finance, and utility‑scale and distributed power generation technologies.
• Client development and management skills and high standard of quality.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to travel to in‑person meetings with clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Commitment to HDR employee‑owned culture.
