CAMC is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Plastic Surgeon to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgeries with a focus on quality outcomes and patient safety.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in plastic surgery and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
- BC/BE in Plastic Surgery.
- Valid and active medical license in the state of West Virginia.
- DEA certificate.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dedication to professional development and continuous learning.
