, is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Retina Specialist due to significant growth.

Since 1988, Retina Consultants, PLLC has been a leader in retinal ophthalmology, establishing itself as a world-class specialty practice. We serve as a center of excellence for medical and surgical vitreoretinal and uveitis care, with 6 physicians and 5 locations in Charleston, Parkersburg, Beckley, Huntington, and Point Pleasant.

• Provide medical and surgical retina care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with a collegial, team-oriented practice to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participate in ongoing clinical care, quality improvement, and professional development within the group.

• Board-certified or board-eligible Retina Specialist.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in West Virginia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

• Highly competitive compensation with a clear, expedited partnership track with no buy-in or loans to pay. Lucrative 3rd year pre-partner bonus incentive and profit interests granted on day one of employment.
• Generous sign-on and incentive bonus up to $300k for full-time experienced surgeons and relocation assistance; prorated for part-time positions.
